Managed to get this all up and running with only minor assistance! “How to” video very useful. I feel like I could have information overload here!! I could know what the news is to the minute, the weather, the latest research, the…. everything!! If only there was the time to read it all - especially as when I do go to Google it is for a specific purpose - to find out about something. I feel that, as a person who can easily be side tracked, this may have to be managed very carefully! Mmmmmmm…. distractions!!

My first blog…..
Background: I teach ESL Primary with students from K-6. I have returned to ESL teaching after many years in the mainstream classroom - so I am frantically updating my resources. When I last taught ESL the Internet barely existed, so I am incredibly excited by the depth and breadth of resources available on line.
I was impressed to see so many other blogs discussing ESL and EFL, however, a little disappointed to see not so many aimed at the younger students. I’m sure you’re out there - just a little more searching required!

Flickr - what an amazing site. Images of everywhere and everything. Unlimited uses in the classroom, especially the ESL classroom. Just knowing this resource is out there is a help and I’m sure I will use it in the future for a variety of purposes.
